Today marks the final day for our recruits at the training centre, bringing to a close a period of intensive preparation, learning, and personal growth. Guided by the spirit of “Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve,” the recruits have spent the past week demonstrating commitment, discipline, and teamwork while participating in various activities designed to equip them with the necessary skills and values for the next phase of their journey.
As they complete this stage, the recruits will now proceed to Imenti South in Kanyakine to begin a period of community service. During this time, they will actively engage with the local community, offering support through different service initiatives while gaining practical experience and strengthening their sense of responsibility and leadership.
While serving in the community, each recruit will receive a daily stipend of KSh 500 to support them during this transition period. This phase will continue as they patiently await their official admission to various training institutes scheduled for September.
This next chapter not only allows them to give back to the community but also helps them remain productive and engaged as they prepare to further their professional training. We wish them success and fulfillment as they embark on this meaningful service in Imenti South, carrying forward the principle they embraced from the beginning: Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve.
