Deputy governor Linda Kiome was honored to inspect the Meru Youth Service (MYS) recruits’ training at Lubunu, Nkomo Ward in Tigania West. The training is anchored in discipline, resilience, and determination to build a better future for themselves and our county.
Through the Meru Youth Service, our young people are being equipped with practical, hands-on skills that are preparing them for the local and global job market. Further, they will be enrolled in vocational training centres to pursue various courses and later get supported with starter packs to help them start their own businesses and become self-reliant.
Under the leadership of H.E. Hon. Rev. Mutuma M’Ethingia, we remain committed to investing in our youth as the foundation of our future.
