The Meru Youth Service Board was today sworn in, marking a fresh step in strengthening youth empowerment. The new board is now mandated to guide skills development, youth empowerment and economic opportunities for young people across the county

A new chapter for Meru begins today with the swearing in of the new Meru youth service Board . The journey begins with our young people. By installing a new MYSB, we are breathing a new life into an institution that will equip our youths with skills, discipline and pathways to meaningful employment. With a permanent training home now established in Kianjai and an expanded budget , the Meru Youth service is entering into its most transformative phase.

Board members sworn in are :

1. Ms.Caroline Ntinyari-chairperson

2. Mr. Wycliff Muthomi Mutuma -Member

3. Mr. Mugambi Keffa Muchena -member

4. Ms. Pamela Gakii Gatobu -member

Swearing in was presided over by  H.E Rev Mutuma M’Ethingia in attendance of C.E.O MYS CPA Edwin Murangiri, chief of staff Dr. Julius Mbijiwe nominated MCA Hon. Kiriinya Mwenda  among other leaders.
